 What is White Collar Crime?

                                                        White-collar crime refers to financially motivated crime committed by business and through governmental professionals. Actually a person who have respectability and high social status in his occupation or in job. The people commit this crime in different ways but their way of crime is different from other criminals. While their crime is hidden and no one can trust that, he can commit crime. Mostly white Collar Criminals commit fraud, corruption, bribery, Ponzi schemes, cyber crime, money laundering, identity theft and forgery. 










Types of White-Collar Crime:

1.Bank Fraud: 

The bank fraud refers to a crime which is committed in bank or through bank for example, bank officer steal money and defraud with clients.

2. Blackmail: 

Demand for a money or other things that threat to do bodily harm, to injure property, to expose secrets of victim.

3 . Cellar Phone Fraud: 

To steal another phone or use her important accounts to sign up in your own phone. To make false to innocent people and give them greed of Prize Money, goods or any valuable thing to engage him.

4. Computer Fraud: 

The hackers steal your all valuable data regarding to bank account or hack your account.

5. Insurance Fraud:

To engaging illetrate or literate to activity where he put his money to insurance company and company will deception with him.

6. Real State Fraud:

Announce housing schemes engage people to buy their house or plots. Then in end allocation of house or plot not given or those house are already allocated to other clients.

7.Tax Evasion:

When a person commits fraud in paying tax or do tax fraud in filling.

8. Money Laundering: This crime is committed through investment in trade or business to convert black money in white money 💰.

9. Currency Scheme: 

The King in white Collar crime usually degrade the value of currency or speculation of currency in future.

10.Forgery: When a person pass the wrong check to their clients and worthless check, which check is made through counterfeit.




Effects of White-Collar Crime: The every crime is bring insult for that country or department where Criminal live and work. Actually White Collar crime is a non violent crime, so every one is easily Targeted. Due to this crime following things are effected very badly.

  1. The honour of country is being lost.
  2. Business and economy should be down.
  3. Trust of Public on Governmental officals also break.
  4. Honest Officers are also get insulted because his colleagues commit white Collar crime
  5. Foreign language don't come in future.
  6. Corruption is on rise, so victim will commit crime to give bribery.
  7. Government system also effected because usually white Collar Criminals are governmental Officials. 


Solution To Control White Collar Crime: The following must be taken so we can control White Collar crime.




  1. Strict laws and Punishment should be introduced.
  2. No excuse to white Collar Criminals.
  3. Their job, pension and facilities should be end.
  4. Their case run in banking courts.
  5. If any governmental Officials demand for bribery do quickly report of his/her.
  6. Life imprisonment should be given to corrupt people.
