Force Conversion of Hindu Girls in Pakistan.

 Introduction: 

                             The force Conversion means " to seduce the any individual boy or girl to change his/her religion and we can say any act against their consent and will" . The cases of force Conversion are common in our country, where minority girls kidnapped and forcibly change their religion. Mostly here Hindu, Sikh, Christians and schedule casts and poor families are effected mostly. Every year more than 1000 girls become victims of Force conversion. The culprits adopt different ways to victimized them, he first start love or Socialization with girls then change her mind. The mostly cases are reported in Sindh's some districts ,sources that some religious scholars, Mullahs, Ulemas also involved in this crime. The Sanghar, Sukkur, Jacobabad, Khairpur, Mirpurkhas, Tharparkar, Ghotki and some districts of Punjab like Rahim Yar khan, Sahiwal. While the Khyber Pakhtunkhuwa and Balochistan are less effected then Sindh and Punjab. The victims parents said they can't send their girls and children to school because this issue. While Religious scholars says that the girls go out with their decision and agree with Muslim boy and willingly accept the Islam with her consent. After that they contact court directly where they easily do marriage therefore all things are possible. The age of girls are mostly 10-15 years means they are underage. The boy who run out girl, he get support like house, money and other necessity from their friends and family. The family's of victims blame that when their girls forcibly kidnapped or run out. The Police don't Lodge FIR, because Police get bribery from the culprits, while some political, religious Officials also involved.



Causes of Force Conversion:
  • No understanding of right and wrong to girls.
  • They seduce easily and run out.
  • No proper law against force Conversion.
  • Due to poverty and illetracy.
  • Unable to report the report case.
  • No sincerity of Police in reporting case 
  • Lack of strict laws. 
  • Minorities have too much fear from the culprits.
  • Girls can't say anything after run out.

Solution:

  • Make strong laws and Swift implementation.
  • Religious scholars can play their role to stop this crime.
  • If anyone become victim report immediately.
  • Banned on low age marriage.
  • Fear in parents mind must be ended.
  • Human Rights and Government should play their role.
  • Hindu Counsel must do help their peoples.
