Women Labour, Cheap Labour in Pakistan.

Women Labour:

The participation of women labour in our country plays a significant role in agriculture sector as well as industrial sector. According to statistics 18% of women in Pakistan are engaged in labour. In urban areas and rural areas there are different types of women labour. Like in City areas, women work in Industries, homes, markets while in rural areas mostly women work in agriculture sector like picking grass from fields, bricks making, animals breeding etc. During the women labour, the violation of labour rights would violated, becuase labours are unaware about their rights. The land owners as well as the Manager ( Kamdar) of landlords do many injustice with these womens. Women in rural areas as well as urban areas are very poor, the do labouring to help their husbands to run out home. 

Cheap Labour:

                             The cheap labour means to pay less money to the labour, how much they work this is not matter. Actually big land owners don't come to lands, so they can't check and balance on the labour. Now I tell you how women labour get less pay of their work. A Manager (Monchi)of Women labour, they have majority of women labours who are work under him. Where he send them, how much he pay them what he get from land owners no issue. The setting come between the Farmer and Manager (Monchi) , farmer get 400 of one labour and he give 300 rupees to labour. Means 100 rupees is minus of labours, in 100 rupees both farmer and Monchi get 50-50. By this way many women labours right violated.

Causes of Women Labour:

                                                  Economic instability, financial conditions are poor, unemployment rate of women, GDP growth rate of Country, Presence of Young children in homes, Husband's is poor, Fertility rate of women. On the other hand, poor home condition, illetracy, Poverty, inflation, unsafe home, injustice in society, gender gap issue, inequality, lack of Industrial sector in Country.

Solution of Women Labour:. 

                                                      Give equal opportunities to women, must pay reliable, work hour must be adjusted according to pay, awareness to women labour, safety measures must be given on priority basis,  NGO'S must do work for women labour and sure their rights if anyone violated women labour rights. Governments also make women labour force who do check and balance. Land owners should pay the labour by their own hand, don't bind trust on their farmers. Awareness programs also introduce to tell women about their importance in society.

Pigeon 🐦 Game A Way towards Crime.

 Kabootar Bazi is a craze which is common the boys of village as well as cities. This is  like a game which played between two parties, the Pigeon 🐦 plays their own role for winning. Owner of Pigeon do lot of efforts for winning.
